"This was one of the rudest experiences at a fast food establishment we’ve ever dealt with. This lady does not want to be there. Everything I asked about ordering they were out of and her answers were so rude I just finally said…”what do you have.” This is a drill sergeant working there. We will never be back and will dissuade anyone from going."

"Not worth it. My Fiance and I went to go get smoothies just now and they refused too make smoothies and had 2 flavors available Chocolate and Vanilla yogurt.. So we left and probably WILL not come back."

"They were out of kale and spinach and we were told the manger doesn't order these items. We were also told they don't sell the fresh pressed juices because no one knows how when they are on their menu. I have cancer and sometimes this is all I can handle and couldn't even get that"

"Awful customer service, and prices charged do not match the menu. I went in at 10am and asked what quinoa yogurt was. The girl barely answered, so I asked if it was frozen and she said no. So I ordered the Nutella yogurt with strawberries and bananas. $8.50 is a lot for yogurt, but whatever. She said my total came to $10.02!! She couldn't remember what went in it so she kept walking back and forth, and I thought talking to herself, so I offered to tell her strawberry and banana. She cut me off and said, "I got it", then I realized she was carrying on a convo on her phone with earbuds in the whole time. I had to ask for a receipt which she was annoyed to give and that's when I saw I was charged $9.50 not $8.50. But the kicker was when I got outside and started eating it. It IS frozen! So I virtually had ice cream for breakfast but it was an ice of sorts, and with no flavor. It was reminiscent of when I was a kid and drank all the flavor out of my slurpee and was left with pale, flavorless ice. I ate the fruit and Nutella and threw the rest away. What a waste."
