"Staff at front cashier were nice but after that point the waitresses acted as if it was our faults they were busy. One waitress in particular refused to take a family picture of us with my phone because she said she was “too busy” so we never got a picture together. Don’t take your kids here. Staff and visitors kept starting at us because we were the only ones there with kids. Also, waitresses kept missing our table for coffee refills, and they took forever to take our order. Then, they took almost an hour to bring our food out to us. Will never eat there again. Would rather buy McDonalds. At least the service is better there."

"When i first dined here several years ago, the food was not very good, however, the last time i was here, which was this past Jan. 2024, the food was very good. I really like this hotel a lot. They seem to be very 420 friendly, which is a very good thing for me, but beyond that, the Riverview has THE BEST oriental chicken salad that i've ever had in my life thus far, like forreal tho...we were just about drinking that dressing by the capful, it was sooooo GOOD, & I am picky."

"Great Food, Great Value and Great River View This restaurant is located inside the Riverside Hotel and Casino on the Colorado River. Great view of the river if you dine in daylight. This is not a fancy place to eat so no worries about how you're dressed. My wife ordered the Bay Shrimp Cocktail ($8.25) with a side of Potato Salad ($3.50). I ordered the Western Bacon Cheeseburger ($13.50) which included fries. My wife loved her Shrimp Cocktail! Loaded with tasty shrimp piled high, zippy cocktail sauce with just the right amount of horseradish, and a sprinkling of diced celery. Her potato salad was nothing special, but was a nice side to the shrimp. The burger was fantastic. This is every bit of one half pound. I asked for medium rare and it was spot on. Cooked on a flat top with crispy top and bottom and warm pink inside. Perfect! At least two slices of thick cut bacon, the usual onion, lettuce and tomato, 2 slices of cheese and an onion ring. The beef flavor of the burger was one of the best I've had and I have burgers pretty often. The fries were pretty standard, nothing noteworthy. Open early and late. You'll like this place. Update 3-29-23 We visited this restaurant again. My wife had the Denver Omelettte ($13.95) and I had the Cobb Salad ($13.50). The omellete is big with no shortage of diced ham, cheese, bell peppers and onion. Served with crispy hash browns and my wife's favorite marble rye toast. The salad had a plentiful amount of diced turkey, bacon, tomato, avocado, black olives, bleu cheese and hard boiled eggs, sitting atop a bed of crispy greens. I opted for a flavorful Italian dressing, served on the side. Two people could easily share both of these dishes."

"Our server was great and so nice but the food sucked soooooo bad. Frys were cold and coleslaw had no flavor. The omelet was not hot and the cheese not fully melted. Super greasy. The bacon was cold and soggy."
