"Yesterday I went into this store knowing exactly what I wanted to buy, I wasn't sure about my shoe size and I expressed that to the sales associate. But instead of helping me in that aspect he brought out a bunch of other styles that I showed no interest in buy. He brought me the wrong size shoe that was a 1/2 size to big. Thinking he had brought me the right size I bought them and wore them, knowing now that they are the wrong size I can't return them since I've worn them. I will never shop at this store ever again the service was horrible and pushy. I would not recommend shopping in this store."

"The young man that was working on March 5th around 4:30 was WAY too pushy. I went in with a friend and he pushed stuff that we didn’t show ANY amount of interest in. Example: my friend asked to try on one pair and he brought out 6 pairs, shoe protectant, a hoodie, and two sets of socks. As well as pushed me to try on multiple pairs (I told him from the beginning I was not going to buy anything) and I had to say no very firmly MULTIPLE TIMES AND HE STILL BROUGHT ME A PAIR TO TRY ON. My friend actually wanted to buy a pair, if he hadn’t been so pushy and we felt the need to leave because it’s uncomfortable to reject someone so many times. I shop at journeys often, and I would really like to go in to look around without feeling pressured and obligated to try things on. One of the most uncomfortable experiences I’ve had there, and I left feeling angry."

"One of the better mall clothing stores, but they are still teenager/young adult targeted. I find it very similar to Buckle. Their prices are the higher end of average for a mall. At least their clothes don't completely warp in the wash and they do seem to hold up well in general. The employees were average but helpful."
