"Had a lunch after hiking emerald pools trail, and it was great! I loved my fish and chips, which surprisingly was better than some I’ve had back home in NYC. The spring rolls were good though they were a tad too doughy and soft. Our waiters were so so excellent! My boyfriend had fry bread for the first time, didn’t think it’d be such a big pillowy thing!"
"Convenient spot to get bar food and tap beer after a long hike. They are a little understaffed during the off season, so you be prepared for a short wait. The food is nothing special but there isnt anything else within the park so this is just about the only option if you don’t want to leave the park (and risk having to wait in the line to reenter the park). The quesadilla was pretty tasty, as were the firecracker rolls."
"I recently dined at Red Rock Grill in Zion, anticipating a pleasant dinner. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfying. Despite having a reservation for 7 pm, we were not seated until around 7:20 pm, which was the first disappointment. . The main issue, however, was with the food. I ordered a steak medium rare, a standard request for steak lovers. To my dismay, the steak I received was well done. This not only indicates a lack of attention to detail but also a fundamental flaw in the kitchen's ability to cook a steak to a requested specification. . Based on my experience, I would advise others to consider dining options outside the park. The combination of delayed seating and poorly prepared food significantly detracted from what should have been an enjoyable evening."
"The Zions Lodge has an old school National Parks Feel about it and so does the in-house restaurant. The food is fine. The service was good and covered the basics. There’s view and location are what makes this place worth the stop."
"We had just finished hiking Scout’s Lookout and needed a place to eat and fortunately Zion’s Lodge had a place to snag some food. We were there around 2-3 pm which was nice during the winter so it was not crowded. Great view from the window of the nearby red rock! The chicken sandwich was okay. My partner liked it but I felt like it was just okay. The authentic Navajo taco was really delicious! I could tell they made it fresh! The Navajo taco was very big and incredibly filling! Depending on a person’s appetite, I think it could feed two people! Navajo taco had a lot of flavor! I noticed that we ran out of water quickly and needed to ask someone to refill our waters. Things like refilling waters/drinks are usually a good indicator if a restaurant is a 5 star or not because the service is attentive."
