"The food was great. Unfortunately, the restaurant is almost always crowded and there are no restrooms and the food necessitates hands washing. The staff are polite, but they often struggle to understand your order. The salsa bar has a lot of variety and it's all good. Just be sure to expect to leave with a much lighter wallet."

"You can't go wrong with ordering anything from Tacos Plaza! I've tried their street tacos, fish tacos, nachos, birria and birria ramen. Their service is great. I have never been disappointed. Even ordering their cute lil Valentine's day special a day early. They were super accommodating and even waited until I arrived to make my tacos so that they were fresh and not soggy."

"Wow! We had John and his team cater our wedding reception at Zion Red Rock Villa. The tacos, guac, chips and salsa bar were a huge hit with all our guests. The tacos were all you can eat so our guests were able to go up for seconds…which almost everyone did. You can tell John and his team take so much pride in what they do. He was incredibly nice, easy to work with and all his ingredients were so fresh. Having Tacos Plaza at our wedding was, in our opinion, so much better than a traditional wedding dinner. So unique and memorable. Also bonus, they boxed up all of the leftovers to leave with us. Definitely recommend!!"

"This is a very solid option for quality authentic Mexican tacos. Tons of meat in every bite. Happy and friendly service. Plenty of salsa options. Great joint. I got a couple Birria Tacos and a couple Campechano Tacos (asada + chorizo combo). The Birria was great. Juicy and tender, and lots of flavor. The campechanos were great too. Different than any I’ve had before due to the chorizo they use here. Instead of small chunks like I’m used to, the chorizo came in larger pieces. It was a nice change of pace, honestly. Added a different texture and flavor profile, and it was enjoyable. Highly recommend coming here for your next taco fix."

"Best tacos I’ve ever had outside of Texas. The gentleman at the counter who took our order was efficient and extremely courteous. We stopped here on a whim on our way to Vegas and we are so glad we did. We tried every salsa at their salsa bar and they were all delicious. The quesabirria tacos were on point, and the lengua and barbacoa street tacos were totally legit. We will be back on our next trip to the area."
