"My app was telling me it was delivered but it wasn’t so I called and Jennifer answered the phone and she is the sweetest ever !! She explained the apps downfall on the delivery time sometimes and was just such a wonderful person to talk to about the situation. My boyfriend and I order from here all the time and never have complaints ! Our delivery drivers are always so sweet too! Love this location shout out to them all !"
"Could not be more disappointed in food and service. Ordered delivery. Tried canceling but order showed up an hour late. Called and told them I no longer wanted the food. Manager told me to throw it away but I’m still paying. When I tried responding, manager said “don’t make me hang up on you.” Avoid this location if you must eat Papa John’s…awful."
