"I will never eat at this restaurant. The service for a delivery order I picked up soured me of the place. I went there on Saturday March 9th at 5:30 pm. The girl working the front, wearing glasses straight face lied to me about my order pick up. The woman working the drive thru wasn't any better. There was absolutely no sense of urgency. They wasted my time and caused another customers order to be late in the process. The worst service I have seen in a while. They just didn't care. No smiles, everything they said was generic. I will not be spending my $$ there ever."

"I always get a rice bowl with chicken meatballs because it’s so good that I’m afraid to branch out for fear I will be disappointed. But today I decided to conquer my fears and I got a bahn mi wrap with steak. As I watched how much they stuffed into that wrap I was so excited! They certainly didn’t skimp on the filling! I included a pic to show how huge the wrap was! And it was delicious! Now that I know how good both of those things are, maybe I will try the tacos next time! Here’s to zao adventures!"

"My wife and I like to go in and share the steak wrap; it's plenty for the two of us. It's a healthy alternative to the ubiquitous fast food junk. Plenty of flavor to go along with fast and friendly service and a comfortable vibe in the summer and winter. Zao's is good value for good food."
