"This place has amazing food yet they can’t get a delivery correct. This was about a month ago that I ordered through DoorDash and placed 2 mini plates. One of them had absolutely no meat in it and had to drive up to the store. I know it’s not the delivery persons fault but the restaurant. I’m confused why they didn’t tell the delivery person to call me when they ran out of the meat I ordered. I’m not sure who I talked to but he said we can wait for the food to be made or get a refund. I went with the refund because I did t really want to wait. Still haven’t received my refund."

"I came in on Feb 22 at lunchtime carrying my sleeping 3 year old. The young man behind the counter was so kind and helpful. He didn’t even know how bad my back was hurting at that moment. I almost cried because he was so unexpectedly kind. I wish I could have known his name to be able to thank him but unfortunately he either didn’t have a name tag or I didn’t see it. Anyway his random act of kindness is something I won’t forget. The food was really good too!"

"I am having to edit my review on Mo's Bettahs. Usually when I go here this place is great. I go here at least once a week and get food for the whole family. I went in tonight and got two regular teriyaki chicken meals. When the guy is putting the meat in he just eyes it out and gives it to the cash register person. I noticed he did not put much chicken in my containers. I said "aren't you supposed to weigh those up". He said we are supposed to but he still did not do it. When I got home there was about half the amount of chicken in both containers that they normally put in. I am super disappointed that they are not weighing the meat anymore like they are supposed to. I would normally give them five stars. Unfortunately they have now dropped down to four stars for me. This place has been a regular eating place for me and my family. Now I'm not sure when I will go here again due to inconsistency. I hope the manager reads this and gets the workers back on track."
