"Placed an order for pickup, they asked for my phone number and stated it would be ready in 30 minutes. Chicken and waffles Grilled cheese/ tots Malt Showed up 30 minutes later and they stated they were out of chicken. I asked why they didn’t call me, considering they asked for my phone number. She just said: sorry I said we would just take just the waffle and asked if my grilled cheese was already made, she said yes. I asked if my food will be cold and the waffle will be hot? She again said yes, The customer service was actually shocking. Why wouldn’t you remake the cold food or offer to remove the cost of the malt? I then asked if she already made the malt and if that was melted. She said no 20 minutes later I walk out with my cold meal and get home to find the most crusty tots cooked in old oil I have ever seen. The waffle had zero sweetness, it was salty and tasted like a loaf of bread. This place smells dirty, the appearance is scattered and looks like an after thought. I paid $35 for a grilled cheese, single waffle and malt and it was all a disappointment. With such few options in a small town, you would think that an establishment would go the extra mile or at least meet the bare minimum to keep customers. But as you can see from the other reviews, this place is not it."

"We come here a couple of times everytime we come down for our sons football tournament and I feel so bad leaving this review. This is the first time coming here that everything was horrible. There was hair in our sons food. The food was not very good and was bland. We waited 40 minutes just to get our check. My son ordered a shirley temple and got a pepsi... i got the chicken fried skillet with wheat toast. I got white toast with no butter. They forgot the chicken fried steak and gravy in my chicken fried skillet. Waited 30 min for the rest of my food. They didnt comp any of the food. I was so disappointed this time."

"Very cool traditional diner. Service was excellent. My parents absolutely loved the breakfast, they gave huge portions. We could hardly finish it. I wasn’t a big fan because I ordered the burrito wrap for breakfast and it was too many spices. I would like to come back and take something else because everyone enjoyed their food."

"Great place to visit! Fantastic service, friendly & knowledgeable staff. Restaurant was a perfect temperature inside, making for a very pleasant dining experience. Food was good - but the portions are HUGE! I suggest if you're not a big eater - sharing a meal as 1 meal easily feeds 2 people, and you would be satisfyingly full! Loved the bugs in the lollipops in the gift shop!"
