"Absolutely quaint and quiet. It has spectacular views in every direction. Very relaxing, so you can sit back and enjoy nature. It's located near great hiking areas, near 22 miles of primitive road. The landscape is forever changing with the seasons, from lush green in the spring, to mountainous desert. Beautiful and rural. It's a great spot for migratory birds and waterfowl. The fishing is fantastic. Catfish galore. It has clean restrooms and is a nicely manicured park. The owners are very accommodating to any needs."
"Great atmosphere! Very clean and quiet campground. My friends and I loved our time here and will be returning. Tracy is kind and helpful. Bathrooms and shower and super clean. We were able to have a fire to cook dinner and wade in the water. We felt safe staying here and 10/10 recommend!"
"What a hidden gem! We enjoyed our stay here. The host was attentive and helpful. The bathroom and shower were super clean. River and velvet mountains, great view, and pretty sunsets. Quiet, not busy in spite of a weekend. Highly recommend."
"We’d like to return. It’s peaceful and we loved the birds and views. We might have been the only rv not setup for fishing but wasn’t a problem. There aren’t amenities such as showers or a dog run, but the natural beauty makes up for it and service was nice. All the hookups worked without issue. Thank you!"
"We camped one night here on our way home and had such a lovely evening. This is a bird watching haven, with everything from sparrows to raptors, with some river birds thrown in for fun. We also had the chance to watch a little family of prairie dogs at play, which was adorable. The facility was clean and the host was friendly. Overall a great stay."
