"This was a great unexpected spot to find when we visited Orafino Idaho. Go on the tour and take lots of great photos. Make sure to travel to the end of the road to the swimming area. The kids loved it on the hot day. Nice volunteers in the visitor center and they were very knowledgeable about the history and were great with the kids. We will be back again hopefully soon."
"This place is fascinating, beautiful, great for picnicking, fishing, boating, camping, kids. So scenic and the dam is awesome, w a tour at the visitor center and self-guided tour at the hatchery. Never saw salmon leap for insects before. We want to come back."
