"Juan and Gabe were both terrific and really helped us out of a jam on short notice. We had left the laundry room sink on to soak some cloths and forgot about for an hour which created a massive flood. Juan and Gabe showed up in about an hour which was quick because it was the evening. They were super knowledgeable and immediately went to work, staying for 4 hours or so to get the job done. Their after hour call service was so kind and helpful. Then, Juan showed up (after hours on a Saturday within an hour of our call, increidble!) to assess our situation and get things opened a little and fans / dehumidifiers going. He was so calm, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He came each day during the dry out process and his communication was consistent & reliable. "Everyone we came in contact with at UltraClean were very helpful and accommodating from John who came out to assess the damage and deal with the insurance company to Cam and his crew who did the actual restoration. They also had to do some more drying out that the original company we were referred to didn't do. They were here when they said they would be and we were treated with care.
