"The driver out in Carefree in McCall is The Man! He goes above and beyond to help us out. Our roads have been a mess, cans get knocked over by animals... sometimes cans forget to be taken out. He accomodates and helps out. We truly appreciate him!"

"Convenient and the only option however draconian policies about what the consider trash, i.e., "if it originates in the household". So many items originate in the household yet they do not take them, sorry, they do take them......out of your trash can and throw them on the ground!"

"Frequently do not show up to pick up trash. When I call in for help, Holly says they'll get it next week. We have to haul our trash down to the road early morning on trash day. We have many bear problems in our area. When they don't pick our trash up we have to haul it back up to our place, secure it, and try again the next week. I wish we could get better service, or have the option of using another company."

"I never move my bin sit in the same spot 24/7 365 days a year. They sometimes pick it up sometimes not, if they don't pick it up they say they won't pick it up till next week. They say move it closer to the road, if I put it any closer it will be in the road and will be in the highway! They say it's not their problem if it gets hit and makes a mess. I do not recommend the company and will most likely be canceling my service with them."

"Crystal is very nice and helpful. Drivers are kind of rude. If garbage isn’t exactly where they want it they will yell at you (we were new clients), then refused to pick up our trash because it wasn’t “close” enough to the road. We live on the highway and I put it as close as I was comfortable. I then decided it would be easier for us to haul our own garbage to the dump instead of being treated this way. I cancelled shortly after only using for 3 weeks. They are now saying my refund wont be available for a month and a half. Would not recommend this company, your better off hauling it off yourself."
