"Pam was absolutely wonderful at check in and gave me the run down on everything local, she also made making a reservation a breeze! I’ve been here over two weeks and have had zero issues, unfortunately I was caught unprepared for a cold snap and had to “rig” some insulation for my water hose until I could get home to retrieve my heated hose. One day after returning from work I found that they had cut and wrapped one of their faucet insulation pouches around my filtration system. That may not sound like much but it meant alot to me. They’re generous and kind people and as long as there is work nearby I’ll be here!"
"Nice for our overnight stop. Only complaints would be the sewer was about 20’ from the electric panel, so my hoses didn’t quite reach if my rig was parked in full shade- and if the park had been full, then other rigs would be close side-by-side. But this wasn’t a problem, they had plenty open spots- we would stay here again. Most people are staying here long term"
"We had a lovely stay at this RV park. Pam was incredibly kind and helpful, the park was clean, and very peaceful. Highly recommend!"
"This felt more like a small, Old Trailer Park than an RV Park. Had a narrow, pull thru site and FHU, but would not stay here again because there was MAJOR BIG TRUCK NOISE ALL NIGHT LONG - Jake breaking on the HWY right in front of the RV Park and close neighbors...AND Soo many biting flies... about drove me bonkers. . If i had known about it, we would have stayed at Lake Scott State Park which is right down the road. It looks really nice."
"We stay here often. My family is from here. The Wheeler's are such caring giving and loving people. It is small town but a beautiful one with the history. We love staying here when we come to visit family. Thank you Mr and Mrs wheeler for all your love."
