"Extremely friendly and educated staff. They took us in a free tour and got out some of the activities for us. We had so much fun learning about history and other things. Such a fantastic experience!!"
"Great place. The park ranger was very helpful and told me where good things were in the park to see. I did a hike along the river and some fishing near the bridge. There is an information center, museum and bathrooms all on paved roads. There are petroglyphs on lots of the rocks in the area around the park. They can provide a map to help locate the petroglyphs because there are lots of rocks there. The petroglyphs can become lost in a sea of rocks because all the rocks look alike. If you follow the dirt road along the river you will go past the campground. A person can go through the gate and into the campground area. There is just not any real parking on the road past the campground. The river trail begins at the end of the dirt road. The campground looks new, but there is no shade whatsoever. If you have plans to camp bring a shade structure of some sort during warm weather. I will definitely go back to Celebration Park soon."
"Celebration Park is a great place to hike. Very clean and maintained hiking trails. Camping, horseback riding, fishing, boating and picnicking are among the many things you can do inside the park. There is a very nice visitor center with clean bathrooms attached. Outside the visitor center is a display with maps as well as ideas of things to see and do within the park. Parking is $2.00 per vehicle and $5.00 a day to camp, which is very reasonable considering how maintained the park is. The park is dog friendly (on leash), but does not appear to have dog bags to pick up after your dog, so please be courteous and bring your own. Hiking trails continue on the other side of the bridge, so don’t stop once you’ve crossed the bridge. This park is a good place to come and bring lunch…and just walk around or hang out by the Snake River."
"Love going out here, lots to go..fishing exploring, learn some things about the area and hiking"
"We went across the bridge to hike. The trails aren't marked, but we found one that wasn't too tough, and the kids could hike too. The wind crossing the bridge was impressive, but once we got into the hike, the wind was blocked. Some bugs but not bad yet. Beautiful scenery."
