As an employee of Argus you are employed by a non profit organization that helps hundreds of not thousands of people in need through all of the programs that Northwest center our parent company provides. They have programs that help children with learning disabilities as well as helping adults with disabilities find employment opportunities with job coaches to help them get back into if not just enter the job force. I have been an employee for a number of years now and would not want to work for another company. I get to go to work everyday feeling a great sense of pride knowing that every hour I work is helping someone else improve their life in some small or major way. And if that isn’t enough to float your boat they also offer a competitive wages, 401k options with investment matching, paid holidays, paid time off, a great medical/dental/vision benefits, internal promotion opportunities, along with so many more benefits. Some of the reviews on here were accurate in the past, but since a new management team was hired a lot if not all of the communication issues have been resolved."

"The worst company I've ever worked for. I'm 41, and this is the ONLY JOB in my life that I quit. HR and Payroll are super nice, but thats all this company has going for them. Management is inept, to be polite. Communication does not exist. Not to mention they regularly eat up personal time (1 hour before/after clocking in/out) with phone calls about work. Sorry, but if I'm taking calls for work, im gonna be on the clock to do it. The worst part of this company is the lack of communication. You can tell management, for example that your child is sick, his school called, and I need to go pick him up. Then, 2 weeks later you will be written up for leaving work early. Even though I told them, and have proof from my child's school that he was sick. Hell, I even got wrote up for using a personal holiday to go camping. A personal holiday that management had to approve, but I still go written up for not working that day"
