"Well....I wasn't in the Kearney store as I live in Grand Island. However, if the Kearney store is anything like our Grand Island one, then 5 STARS FROM ME! I have found my new "GO-TO" store for all of my percussion needs. I love the Atmosphere, the showroom, and let's not mention the fact that Yandas prices speak for themselves. Excellent quality at affordable prices. ( i swear I sound like an advertisement, huh? Lol) No more trips to the pawn shop or spending forever online looking for good deals either. One stop shop! "This seller was dishonest and rude. I purchased a guitar online from this seller that they described as having a crack in the neck due to being damaged during shipping, but it had been repaired. Instead, when I received the guitar it not only had the repaired crack that they had disclosed in the photo, but also had a completely separate crack in the neck not related or connected to the crack they disclosed, and it was not repaired or even mentioned. When I contacted the seller and sent photos to bring the matter to their attention, the seller's response was..."Did you think it would be a new neck?" They also insisted that they had disclosed everything which was a lie. They immediately refused a return of the guitar, offered a small discount, accused me of being unreasonable, of not understanding and simply trying to get around their return policy. Fortunately, the website where they had it listed offered buyer protection because they agreed that the guitar was "not as described." They were able to override the seller, and gave me the option to return the guitar for a full refund or keep it and get a a partial refund of $400 plus $28 in taxes. Though I typically buy several thousand dollars of music gear a year, I wouldn't by from this company again even if they were the only company on Earth. My worst buying experience ever. Buyer's Beware!!! The photos I Included are of the guitar neck. The first Photo is the only photo the seller used to disclose the single crack they said the guitar had , and that had been repaired. The second photo is the crack they did not disclose, photo or mention."

"Came in with an old, busted guitar. Got a quick turn around on expectations and cost for fixes. Ended up purchasing a replacement based on staff recommendations. Staff was helpful, informative, and super chill the whole time. Vibe was helpful, without pressure, informative without condescension. Interactions like this will bring me back time and again.
