"They clearly sell you low quality (or dead) flowers while charging full price. Husband bought me flowers for Valentine's day, and of course they were not cheap. A dozen closed roses and 6 closed Lilies. A week later, the Lilies are beautiful. Smell great, and opening full blossom. The roses on the other hand are completely dead. Have looked terrible since day one, and clearly have been completely dead the entire time, just frozen. They never opened, brown and rotting, and crunchy leaves falling off everywhere. Would not recommend. Call a local florist for less money, and get live flowers."

"I was really worried when I ordered this for my husband for Valentine's Day. I went into Dillons a month in advance and the lady told me to order online. I finally convinced her to help me since I was right there at the store and wanted to customize. She was unable to let me choose my balloons but that was fine. I specifically ordered a candy bouquet with Reeses only and two balloons. My husband is allergic to flowers and I would never order those. The attached picture is what was delivered to him from Dillons. Very unhappy with the customer service and the order. A candy bouquet should not include just a bag of Reeses tied with a string to some flowers. I'll be getting my money back on this one."
