"I had flowers delivered yesterday for my mom for Valentine’s Day, she wasn’t home and so the driver called me about getting through the gate. I told her that it was totally okay if she could just squeeze herself through and set them on the other side of the gate and my mom should be home soon. The driver mentioned how beautiful they were on the phone and I said I was so excited to see them, so she sent me a plethora of pictures!! She even ended up walking them alll the way to the front porch so the chocolate wouldn’t melt in the sun. She went above and beyond and my mom and I are so thankful for this driver!"

"Just two days ahead of my parents' grave-side ceremony, I ordered a flower arrangement to be placed on their grave. The staff woman who I talked to on the phone was very helpful and spent a considerable amount of time making sure that I got what I wanted. Honestly, I have never seen such a beautiful arrangement. A diverse collection of lovely flowers were mingled in the most attractive way. They arrived at the cemetery ahead of the grave-side ceremony. The price was very reasonable.
