"I used this company to do my pool close out last year. They came the day they said they would and were quick to get the job done. I had the close out done in early/mid October and in the summer the pool hardly had any algi and only took a few days to get clean and clear and the levels balanced. This summer our pool pump went out and luckily we had it covered on our home warranty. This same company ended up being the one to pickup the job. They called the same day I put the claim in and were out the next day to diagnose the issue. The entire pump needed replaced and they were back out the following week with the new pump installed with no issues. I was very pleased with the timeliness and how efficient the workers were at just getting the job done."

"Aqua Fun installed our 14x28 in-ground pool with an automatic cover roughly 6 years ago. It was a nightmare from the start, they installed the wrong liner for the step option that we chose which required a total draining of the pool and a liner replacement, they installed the wrong steps for the automatic cover that we chose that required the concrete decking to be jack hammered up and another draining of the pool leaving behind mismatched concrete decking, they didn't use stainless steel screws which bled rust within months down the side of the intake covers, they incorrectly installed the automatic cover and the cover fell out of its track tearing the liner and despite leaving out a liner piece matching our liner they used liner from their van that didn't match. I'm not kidding, it looks awful!! Most recently it took them 3 trips to correctly change out a pump motor. They have never installed the cover ropes nor guide rails we had to buy to correct the poorly installed automatic cover so that it operates correctly and its only a matter of time before it falls out of its track once again tearing more of our liner. As of this past week we are done with Aqua Fun, you can only take so many shots to the gut hoping for a better outcome. They are more than willing to sell you your dream pool but the installation in our case was quite poor. They seriously used pennies and dimes in various locations on our automatic cover track as wedges that our still there to this very day. I'm not kidding!! The service has been absolutely ridiculous, worse than the installation process. I can't tell you who to use because too date we have only been using them but knowing what I know, I'd pass on Aqua Fun. Hopefully there is someone within the Spokane market place that can fix what Aqua Fun has done to our pool cover which remains a mess."
