The staff is all very warm & welcoming, there are many amenities that my prior gym did not offer, and the facility is overall very clean. If I've ever had a question or concern about my membership, billing, etc. the staff has been extremely helpful and informative. Most recently, Steve assisted in updating my account and straightened out my billing preferences. He made the process easy for me (thank you!) and provided stellar customer service.
