OGD Overhead Garage Door

"This company is tagging off the tail of the “Original Overhead Garage Door Company”! They came to my house with the false pretense that they were the Overhead Garage Door Company that installed my brand new garage door opener around 15yrs ago. Me un- knowing they were “not” the Original Overhead Garage Door Company; I allowed them to check the broken spring on garage door. They quoted me a price of $785. I said absolutely “no”. OGD-Overhead Garage Door prey on the established customers of the ORIGINAL OVERHEAD GARAGE DOOR COMPANY to establish their business! Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY (OGD) who’s pretending to be something they are “not”. And, work done by OGD wasn’t done properly. After complaining and inquiring “THE ORIGINAL OVERHEAD GARAGE DOOR COMPANY HAD TO RE-DO THE HALF DONE WORK BY OGD!!! Please DO NOT use this company OGD-Overhead Garage Door. Thank you, this is my opinion of OGD!!!"

"The arrival time was between two and 5 o’clock, and Jeffrey arrived promptly at 2 o’clock! He was very informative, thorough and friendly. He did a great job fine-tuning both of our garage doors for their regular maintenance. He straightened both and made the double door so light that I could even open it if the power ever went off. I will have them return again for regular maintenance or if we ever have an issue. They’re a great company."

"There was a mix up with what company came out. Long story. The guy was very good and friendly. I needed to have the spring re attached. He charged $219.00. My husband is under the weather. Price wise I feel totally taken advantage of. He was in a huge hurry to have me sign the screen several times and he didn’t do the work until I gave him a check. He used the parts that came off. He was there 15 minutes. He spent more time having me sign and taking pictures of the check than it took him to re attach the spring. I should have confirmed what company he is from and not paid him."

"The technician that came was great - no complaints. What I am having an issue with is how much they wanted to charge to put in a new key pad. I ended up going to the hardware store and purchasing one and installing it myself for a fraction of the price OGD was going to charge. I'm still out $125 in 'service calls'. Very disappointed and will NOT be calling them again."
