"Wow!!! What amazing service at your Starbucks in Target where Janessa (who is NOT allowed to get tips because she is a Target employee...shame , btw.), greeted every customer with a smile, took orders efficiently, repeated the orders back, made several drinks simultaneously, heated pastries, and called the orders to the guests. I ordered in a line of 5 people, which continued on behind me. SHE WAS BY HERSELF...NO ADDITIONAL EMPLOYEES. Found out she was a bartender before. Also, I talked to other guests in line who were amazed at her proficiency, that they have quit getting their Starbucks fix at the stand-alones, and have come to the Target instead. I waited less than 5 minutes!!! I am going to switch all of my purchases to this Target Starbucks because of Janessa, even though IT IS NOT CONVINIENT. Thank you, Janessa!!! YOU CARE AND IT SHOWS... YOU ARE MAKING A DIFFERENCE! Great job! I.am posting on other social sites, as well."
"I just walk out of this store because the white haired lady opening the self check got snoty with me because I came in the wrong way. Thanks Target for such poor customer service you have taught me to take my money somewhere else. Also I tried to call the store but you can't get through their phone system on a cell phone."
"Hello! This has been a long time coming. My daughter and I are there every week at least. I have a red card and I used to thoroughly enjoy shopping there. First of all, the Starbucks has been a huge disappointment. They are continuously out of product. I realize this is not the barista's fault, but the service and drinks have been sub par. The customer service in the store is seriously lacking. I feel the associates go out of there way to ignore customers. I would just like a hi and/or a how are you? I worked in customer service for years, I know it can be challenging. If it was only occasionally, then I wouldn't mention it. I'm just really disappointed. What happened to being a guest??"
"On October 21 2023, I went to Target around 8 pm to just browse and do some light shopping. I was being followed by an employee in a bright green vest. When I was in the skin care aisle looking at products, that employee "coincidentally" ended up on the same aisle doing inventory. He asked how I was doing, I answered, and continued pondering if I wanted to purchase that item. When I decided I didn't want the item, I put it back on the shelf and moved on to the next aisle. When I moved to the next item, that employee questioned if I picked up 2 other skin care items and put them in my basket. I told him no, and I only had one in my basket. Basically, he didn't believe me and accused me of stealing. I straight up asked him if he was accusing me of stealing, and he told me he was just telling me what he saw. I showed him the inside of my purse and turned my pockets inside out to prove I didn't steal anything. He looked kind of flustered, said something, and walked away. I was in shock. I took the basket I had and sat it in the middle of the main aisle. I went to the customer service counter and requested to speak to the manager. I made her aware of what happened and that I did not feel comfortable shopping at this location. She apologized, and that was it. Idk if any action was taken against that employee. I still do not feel comfortable shopping in this location right now. Since then, I've had time to think. Now I believe I would get followed around that Target every time I shop there. Especially when I'm not in my military uniform. I am extremely disappointed with this Target store. Hopefully I can shop there again soon and not be uncomfortable. I love Target and the Cheyenne Target is pretty decent."
"I hate the fact they went to mostly self checkout. That's a turn-off for me. I don't work there, I don't get paid nor get benefits. I shouldn't have to check myself out. Also, forever, I'd go in, and they had like 5 carts. They said that people were stealing them. Well, do something about it and buy more. I can't shop without a cart. One, I have a bad back and need the cart to lean on. I will only go to Target if I absolutely have to as if I can't find what I'm looking for somewhere else. They raised their prices, make you work for your purchases, and give you no cart to use. That's a no for me."
