"I stopped to give the owners a chance to redeem themselves for being inept in their ability to identify the correct s-cam for a Wilson grain trailer. They are advertised online as a Wilson distributor and by the Wilson manufacturer as a Wilson dealer. The young men who ' helped' me didn't have access to a parts database or books to identify correct consumable brake system parts so couldn't be immediately helpful. I was checking on s- cam bushing kits the second time and again they had no idea what they might have in stock even though there were trailers in their shop that appeared to be waiting for repair. I moved on to the wonderful local Peterbilt dealer where they stocked everything I needed to complete the brake system repairs. I would have given them one star but they did entertain me with their ignorance."
