"Great company offering excellent service."
"Great place to work, I only wish I had been better at managing the other jobs on my schedule so I could have performed better. Edward is wonderful to work for."
"I had this company do carpets for a company I worked for and was told they were going to do they bi annually. I worked for that company for 4 years. In the whole 4 years I only saw a difference in the carpets once, or practically haven't seen any other cleaning services done in that 4 years of working there. I member only meeting the manager of the company one time as well saying he would've done anything we needed. Well the windows never were washed, the carpets were never cleaned, There was a stain in one of the chairs that remained the whole 4 years I was there and dust never really got removed. I'm not sure if my company was billed for any cleaning during this time. My only word of advice is, don't settle and believe someone is doing their job if nothing physical is getting done."
"Speaking for as a former employee they're a great company but only one thing hangs them up you ain't getting no raise and they pay poorly but I don't work for them since 2018 so I don't know if they are now paying good money because who knows but I work for a different editorial company now and I have a lot more responsibility I'm very happy"
"Long story short, they are highly disorganized, do not communicate and do not follow labor laws. This is a terrible place to work if you have kids (who occasionally become ill) or if you have a significant other who sometimes works out of town. The office doesn't communicate well with their managers or workers. They don't have spare keys to the contracted sites. They expect you to answer your phone on your days off at all hours of the day & night. They also expect you to run the keys to them at 1 in the morning on your day off. I was told upon hire I would work Thursday and Friday and the job would last between 3 and 3.5 hours. That was a lie. I worked Thursday through Saturday, each night was between 5 and 6 hours. Upon hire, I explained I would be out of town on a particular weekend. I told my manager I would be out of town... everyone knew. I recieved a call on Thursday (my scheduled time to work if I was indeed supposed to work) from my manager wondering where I was. I reminded him that I told him & the office about this trip and no one had an issue. Then I needed to have another weekend off because my husband was working out of town and I didn't have child care. I told my manager twice and the office once about not being able to come in. Again, everyone knew and no one had an issue. I then got a phone call on Thursday at 1130pm from my manager, I text him & reminded him about not being able to come in. Friday/very early Saturday morning at 130a.m. I recieved a phone call & text from my manager needing the keys to a building. I responded at 7am and reminded him again that I did not have child care & could not come in. The following Thursday I was asked to return all keys. Which I did. I requested my last check (Thursday via text message) within 48 hours. I received a response of, "ok" and what do ya know? MORE than 48 hours later and no pay. After attempting to contact them twice, I reported it to labor board. I was finally able to speak with someone who informed me they weren't able to complete a direct deposit. I received my check on Wednesday (6 days after my request) and noticed it was not the full amount. After three phone calls and two days later, I finally received the rest of my check. A total of 9 days after my request. This place is a joke."
