"I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers that our insurance agency sent after the loss of my mother-in-law. Michelle went out of her way to get these delivered the day after we got over a foot of snow which prevented most vehicles from getting to our farm. She was was so flexible and willing to do whatever it took to make the delivery. When I picked the flowers up at an agreed location I was stunned by the beauty of the arrangement.
