"RUDE! I went to Mike Luke Jewelers asking to estimate to repair my watch because I got a new battery put in from the Fred Myer but for some reason, it stopped working a few days later and they suggested I should take it to the Watch repair for the second look. Mike Luke Jeweler switched my brand new battery (I did mentioned to them it is a working new battery) to a different brand new battery, replaced the new pin that was missing, and cleaned it. There is no phone call on estimate on repairing my watch. When I picked my watch, I told him that that are not what I asked to do at first place and I am not paying again for the brand new battery again and missing pin. He agreed and then said that he will never touch this watch again. He then said this needs to be a CASH ONLY transaction..as I was leaving I said Have a nice day because he still done fixing my watch and don't want to be rude but he said nothing. Mike Luke provided a very poor customer service and was unprofessional. I think they decided they don't want me as a customer in the future. I would highly recommend the Fred Myer Jeweler because they were much nicer!"
