"Horrible experience. They lost all of our clothing. Then found a quarter of it in someone else’s clothing. Lost multiple pieces of dry cleaning. Took no accountability, extremely rude and said it wasn’t their fault. The dry cleaning we did receive was wrinkled."

They promised me they would fix them or give me back my money but never happened. Each pants are $70. If I could give 0 stars I would."

"The staff was great, they were able to clean a dress shirt for me in one business day. Took it in on Thursday morning and picked it up Friday afternoon, just in time for a holiday party on Saturday. When I originally called they said Monday is when they’d have it ready, I explained I had a Christmas party that Saturday and the gal jumped in and told me they’d make it happen. When I picked up the shirt, it looked new! Great customer service and great price. Will definitely be back!"
