"I called to get a quote on shoe shine and the lady asked me to hold. She did not place the phone on hold and I could over hear her conversation she was having- obviously with someone she knew. And talked for over 3 minutes about shopping and where they buy clothes and how they fit and lots of other non work related things. I ended up hanging up because she never came back to talk to me and thought her personal conversation was better then helping a customer."
