"They were available next day. Major plus for people like me who want stuff done right away. They showed up early which is also great. The job was done pretty quickly by a really younger boy and he did an ok job i I guess. Initially, I needed them to come and clean my rugs because I had a puppy. Who is now potty trained but wasn’t at first. So I felt like you can smell the dog odor also one rug was stained. I really really was wanted that stain out. They failed me. The rugs looked clean but for some reason had a really bad odor of fresh dog pee I think from them being wet. But I’m curious why the rug clean didn’t seem like it had soap or anything to actually clean. Like they used only water or cheap product. Also my more furry rug was left with a weird texture feeling after it dried like there was still product or something on it. Long story short they look clean but I don’t feel as if they really are. At least they got the major issues but I am going to rent another rug cleaner to go back over what I feel they missed. The price was extremely well so I can’t even complain. But remember you get what you pay for."

When I called, they sent people within the next two hours and got all the water out and left multiple fans and a dehumidifier. We were so worried that our basement was going to sit in water and were so thankful they could come the same day so fast (so many basements were flooded from the major rain storms). They even came back and cleaned the carpets. Such friendly people and we are so thankful for them!"
