"He got right on to the issue and fixed it. Another HVAC company came over and told me they cannot touch my unit because they cannot warranty it. They wanted me to fix the unit for $700 and without re-doing duck, they would not touch neither. They did not want to void their warranty because of two duck that had already dropped. That company also quoted $5k for metal duck system. Use KatieFaye of Arkansas, great guy and he knows is stuff. He refuse to leave me in the cold. Thanks, Esh"
