"After Freedom Cleaning Service, Inc cleaned brand new carpet for me on Monday in Ontario, Or, the carpet was left stretched and warped. Several messages were left. I spoke with Jill the receptionist the next day and she said that it was "normal" and that it would "dry up and go back to its original shape". After continuing to leave messages because the carpet was still warped, Justin called me on Wednesday. He claimed his partner told him that the carpet was already damaged, and I should have to pay for half of the stretching cost. He said that he had already spoken with Rodney at Ontario Floor Covering, who would be doing the carpet stretching. I am not happy with the service and will not be using them again."
