"Poor service, the older man there wasn't willing to step out of his secluded room. I understand they might have safety concerns due to it being a jewelry store but he spoke to us through the barred window and didn't seem happy to be there. He was definitely not customer oriented and didn't have answer to our questions. I asked for help in finding the right size to a pair of boots and he responded with "they're somewhere there." We won't be returning."
