"Beware of these guys, while breaking the glass out of my water heater base to use a lighter to light a Honeywell system, they said "the gas company would have a fit about this"...not only did they ruin the unit, void the warranty on it, ignore the warnings on the label, but also didn't even troubleshoot the main cause of pilot being out and not able to relight via Honeywell. After all that and having replaced the unit entirely myself they send me a bill. Ridiculous"

"I am new to town and had a bad water leak under my sink. I was just moving into my house and had to shut off the water to the whole house. Yes, it was Sunday but the person I bought the house from, said to just go knock on this persons door and tell him the situation that he may or may not help. It was 10:00am so i thought, i would try because all they could do was tell me no. When the man opened his door, I hear a lady in the background sayin, "REALLY PEOPLE, IT IS SUNDAY. Again I aplologized and the man told me they just got up, and I can still hear her yelling things behind him at me. He told me I would have to wait and go through the store on Monday. I said thank you and sorry again for bothering him. As i was pulling away from his house and there she was in the window FLIPPING ME OFF WITH MY KIDS IN THE PICKUP! I can deal with being told no but the rudeness and unprofessionalism is beyond words. I will never use McClure or recommend them to anyone ever!!!"
