"The grass is mowed at a setting that is too high. In 2 days, you can’t tell it’s been mowed. I have complained but it does no good.The edges along fence lines are not trimmed professionally..tall grass shows between boards. I have complained but it does no good. Pruner does an excellent job of pruning and shaping perennials, but doesn’t understand not to prune off flowering plants when in full bloom….he pruned all the buds and blooms off Rose of Sharon shrub that we have waited all year to enjoy.It will not bloom again. I am complaining again! I have to call and pay my own sprinkler maintenance company because Living Waters will not respond quickly (and water is being wasted). I don’t complain about this…just quit calling them."

"Waited three weeks for Mike to provide us with an estimate which he told would take a day, maybe two at the most. Placed several calls to the secretary, was told she would hunt him down and see what was going on. That was approximately 3.5 weeks ago. The work they do may be satisfactory, if you can get them to actually do it."
