"After spending over $2000 on a ring in your store for my wife on Christmas to say I'm unhappy would be a gross understatement. I was told that it could be adjusted to fit my wife's hand. I wasn't told that there was a no return policy. My wife took it in because it doesn't fit her hand at all. She was told it can't be adjusted, it can't be returned or even exchanged. So we are just stuck with a beautiful but useless ring. I have been a loyal customer for many years. Is this what you call customer service? Sincerely upset John Huffman"
