"I decided to get my boyfriend’s coat dry cleaned for him as a Christmas gift over a month ago. I have a receipt saying the item would be done in less than a week and I have not received any calls or texts from them about my item. Furthermore I went into the store to see if they had my item done or nearly done and they were not helpful about the status of my item at all. I’m really upset because it was a nice coat of my boyfriends that I was trying to do something nice for and now he is without a good coat for the winter months. I really hope western laundry hasn’t lost or ruined my item and i do expect them to compensate me when i finally hear that my item is laundered. Very disappointing. Update: they didn’t charge me for my item and I believe that made it right so i changed the anount of stars to reflect their kind customer service (shoutout to Joesph for being super nice)"

"Dropped off four items on 10/25/23 and was given a receipt that said the items would be ready after 4pm on 11/03/23. I have called multiple times since then and my items still are not ready for pickup today, 11/14."

"I gave one star because zero was not an option. Three suit coats ruined, charged to replace a button on a pair of suit pants that they broke the last visit and absolute garbage customer service. I'll be buying new suits locally but my dry cleaning business will go to Spokane from now on since these clowns have a monopoly on the market in the Quad Cities. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Garbage customer service and they don't respond when they ruin your suits."

"Dropped off 2 comforters for cleaning and the ticket showed it would be 10 days until ready. I thought that was a long time but I've never had anything dry cleaned before. The workers even said they would probably be done before that. Fast forward 28 days and I finally got my comforters back. I called probably 5 or 6 times and was repeatedly told it would be ready the next week. Eventually asked to speak to a manager (couldn't, voicemail was full) and they finally 'found' my items and got them ready the next day. To their credit, the work done seems to be of quality, but I paid 85 bucks for the privilege of sleeping under a random pile of blankets for a month. I really don't like to complain about anything but hopefully they will figure something out because it seems they're the only game in town."

"I took a pea coat in to be cleaned and was told it would be ready the following Monday. I gave them an extra day and returned the following Tuesday. It wasn’t finished nor returned from the Moscow location. I then gave them an extra week. The pea coat cost $22.11 to clean and had lint and someone’s hairs (not mine!) on it. Next time I’ll do my own spot cleaning."
