I'd picked this floral shop as they had more options for the freesias but upon pick up I was notified that the florist couldn't get any and had replaced with cheap flowers. Ridiculous as that was the only reason I'd gone with this florist but did not get what I wanted, nor was it worth the price. "Such a GREAT experience from Blooms on the Blvd!! This is my new go-to florist in the Spokane area!!! They really came through for me!! I'd ordered a birthday gift basket at another local business on Saturday morning, paid, and looked at the website carefully to make sure my Saturday delivery was a go. Late in the afternoon, I checked to make sure the delivery was successful, and the employee said that while they were open, there was.no one to make the bouquet nor deliver it. :( I was very panicked and disappointed! I was referred to Blooms on the Blvd by another local florist who had closed earlier. Thank goodness they were able to help me!! They made and delivered beautiful bouquet!!! The best!!"
