"I called and asked if they have any PC's. The guy who answered the phone put me on hold for 15 mins. When he came back on he told me they have some. I asked him for the specs of the most expensive one they had in stock. He said sorry I am too busy to do that, and the he hung-up in my face. This was after I waited on hold for over 15mins. I was very patient and respectful the entire time. This has wasted a good portion of my day away, just dealing with this disrespect and having to get on my laptop to leave this review is all time consuming. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!"

"I love going to this Pawn 1 location, because it's one of the best ones in my opinion. Staff is really helpful and friendly, especially Aaron...he helped me last time I was there and it was a great experience. It's in a great location and easy to get to and I have to give it up on the cleanliness of the store as well. So all that being said, I recommend that you go to this location for your pawn needs because you won't be disappointed."
