CleanCo Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning

"More than 5 stars! We had air duct cleaning done about a month ago and I wanted to see if there was a difference- what a HUGE DIFFERENCE! I CAN BREATHE!!! Since we moved into this dreadful house, it's been one thing after another. Never did I think I would ever be diagnosed with allergy induced asthma and it could very well be the new house we just moved into- nuts! Since the air duct cleaning service, asthma stopped within a week! The 2 techs who came were very tolerant of my busy toddler and puppy who knows nothing of personal space. They explained what they needed to do, were quick, efficient and answered my questions. They were cautious about our house and put everything back the way they found it- even shut the garage door on their way out. Definitely recommend them!"

"The technicians were on time, personable and communicated expectations well. They were done in about an hour for the four rooms and hallway. They put the crib up on blocks too so it wouldn’t damage the wood, which was a nice touch. Thanks!"

"For the following reasons (pictures available, to be sent as able in separate emails due to MB size), I was less than completely pleased with the duct cleaning service I received: 1. When I asked your worker why he was taping over the ducts he advised me doing so improved the suction of the cleaning. At least four (4) of the ducts were not fully taped over. 2. The worker who removed a wooden shim from inside one of the return ducts did not replace that shim: I did that myself. 3. I advised your worker that my furnace filter had been replaced less than two months ago and that I was hesitant to have it replaced again. He recommended I nonetheless should have a new filter installed. Before he left he gave me a new filter: I discovered he had already removed my old filter when I went into my crawl space and replaced the filter myself. 4. The duct cover on one of the return vents was installed upside down: I corrected that. 5. The dryer vent cleaning resulted in quite the mess on my back porch and my grill cover: that mess was not attended to, and my grill could certainly have been moved before beginning that cleaning."
