"I'm not one to give a bad review and try to ruin someone's business but I have to be honest too. I called them this morning and had a good conversation with them. I was so happy and surprised that they could get my dog groomed the same day. I dropped my Aussie mix off at 12:15 pm and they said it would be at least 3 hours. No problem with that at all. She said she would call/text me ahead of time of my dog being ready. I hadn't heard anything after 3 hours so I decided to run some errands in Wichita since I don't live in Halstead. So at 3:50 pm I received a text saying he was ready. No advanced text! I asked how much the bill was so I could bring cash. Well it was much higher than expected and quoted. It was 79% higher! He did say it will be a little more to deshed/blowout his coat and then a hotspot treatment. But from $45 to $80 ... I wasn't upset or rude when I got my dog, I gave them $80 cash and canceled my Thursday appointment for my other dog! After I got home he still had some matting on his underside that was missed. So no good grade or a high score from me on how they did! Sorry Hillbilly Groomer .... Never Again"

We felt as though our baby was safe...he even sent us updates on progress because he knew we were anxious...great job...very affordable..we will definitely be coming back!"
