"I took my dog here and he caught a respiratory infection and they refused to pay the vet bill & claimed it was Kennel Cough. I have 2 dogs & only the one that I took there is sick! The "owner" saw my Yelp review and said he's email me. NEVER happened! I sent an email requesting the "owner" call me, NEVER happened. I called and left a message requesting a call back. AGAIN, NOTHING! They claim they care about your fur babies, but I don't believe them! They can't even reply to messages!"

"My doggo always loves going here. They are always welcoming and more than eager to work with him. He is a bit combative when it comes to nail trims. They work with me to have a good plan to ensure he gets the services he needs. I feel their monthly plan is reasonably priced and provides a good value for the services offered. I definitely would recommend to anyone who asks."

"Very sweet staff! I came here for the first time and the front desk lady asked me all the questions about my dog to make sure she was comfortable! She even sat down next to her! She went above and beyond during the intake process, which I appreciated. The facility is very clean and easy to get to! I got my other dog in that same day and she can be a bit nervous when being groomed but they said she did great! Very Happy with my experience here."
