"After 2 plus months the outcome was undesirable due to the lack of front desk personnel being able to relay information properly. Not all information for my taxes was relayed properly to the accountant causing a rejection on my taxes.. then when they were filed I was not notified. After 4 failed attempts to pickup my taxes that they could not produce, then I was charged a second time without being notified until I wanted to pickup the revised paperwork. I am Completely unsatisfied and I have no faith in the abilities of this organization ."
