"My husband and I had been coming here for years after we purchased a second home that we needed help with right offs. We sold the home six years ago but continue to come here. Every year, they always did our daughters taxes along with our taxes and did not charge us for hers as she is young and only needs an easy form. We met with a new lady that just started with the firm this year, and told her that she had always been thrown in free of charge and if anything had changed we would just go ahead and do hers on our own. She said no problem. This lady(Sharon) appeared to have trouble understanding how to use the computer program and did not know how to plug everything in quickly and efficiently. She said she had to finish them off on her own and we can pick them up later. She honestly did not appear to know what she was doing. After three weeks,(wow)we were finally called to say the taxes were ready (neither my husband or my daughter have any right offs really to consider… We are basically easy form people ) We were then informed the total charges would be $350 and we had to pay the $175 for our daughter. I was told it was because Sharon, the lady that did our taxes, had to try to do them two separate ways to figure out how to get her the best refund. There was no “two separate ways “she just couldn’t figure out how to plug-in for the earned income credit. We were very frustrated and expressed how we were told she could still be continued to be free. We were then told that she was 19 years old and since she was getting a good refund she could afford to pay the $175. So sad! We had been coming here for years and then got ripped off!! She was 18 years old the previous year and we did not get charged so there must be some kind of age cap that they forgot to inform us about. Buyer beware… They lie to you."

"Kelly Clark doesn't return phone calls to established clients who have questions about their tax claiming status when I got a new job or missing refunds, she made an error on our taxes causing us to still not have our federal refund 6 months later and she had said she was going to give us a refund on our tax preparation fee due to her own error, but we have not received anything. This is very disappointing as we had used her for years, but will no longer be using her now."
