"Dee submitted our taxes accidentally before they were finished and before we had even signed them. This mistake required an amendment to be submitted and postponed our return 16 weeks (Still haven’t received them). I know mistakes happen and I could have been understanding but she doesn’t even respond to text messages or return calls for follow up questions. Terrible customer service."

"I'd give her no stars if I could. She created a return for me which had the AGI greater than the gross income. I get my taxes done by CPAs every year, and I've never had this happen. This year, I thought I'd try Dee (not a CPA), because my returns were simpler. When I questioned her about the AGI being greater than gross income, she refused to answer the question & became hostile. She just kept repeating that "AGI is listed on Line 7", and she told me that I could take & pay for her tax course if I really wanted to know. She told me that I reminded her of herself, and that was not a compliment. I asked if I should be offended, and she said "absolutely, yes, I would be offended if I were you." I don't know Dee personally, so I just took HER word for it that she was being offensive.....Sooo, I ask her a question about AGI that she can't answer, and she goes out of her way to offend me. Thank goodness I left and got my taxes done else where. My amounts due & refund amounts were WAY off with Dee (by nearly $1,000), she did not identify many deductions my small business was eligible for, and my AGI should NOT have been greater than my gross income. She was remarkably inaccurate in multiple areas, and she abandoned any/all notions of professionalism when I asked a simple question by going out of her way to offend me (apparently). It was an incredibly awkward and ludicrous situation. It did feel exceptionally childish. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend her to anyone."
