"Find somebody else. Last year after they did my taxes which were the very basic. The IRS notified me that they forgot to claim my EIC which is Earned Income Credit. I phoned Stanwood and Riggs twice to ask about this. They never returned my calls. I had to find out myself from the IRS how to file the proper paperwork. They IRS sent me a check for $750.00! So they are Either LAZY or DON'T KNOW what they are Doing! Find somebody more competent. I would have lost out on $750.00 if not for the IRS letting me know. BEWARE!"

"Once my exorbitant bill is paid, I will never come here again. Jessie was ok, but the staff are some of the silliest, least professional I have ever dealt with. Took months to get my 3 w2's done. Not a single item itemized, and it took months. Very unpleasant to deal with in person, as i drove up the staff were outside smoking and acted annoyed by my business. I know bad reviews don't have a lot of influence on a place of business, but I'll do my very best to make sure no one I know uses this place. Just drive a few more miles and have your taxes done by actual competent employees."
