I love that they offer a text/reminder feature, making it easy to communicate with staff and remembering appts. My 2 Lhasa apsos are very happy. Usually after a day at the groomers, they are worn out and tired; when we returned from Woof Pack today, they both are energetic and happy, like they just got back from a buddy's house or something. This tells me they weren't stressed out at all during their appt. The amazing ladies did a phenomenal job grooming; both boys look absolutely fantastic. They clearly have a way with animals.
