"They haven't picked up the phone at any location for over a week !! Finally drove from horseshoe bend to talk to someone and was told they are full. Assuming they don't need anymore business so they ignore you. 1st and last time I will ever attempt to use this company."

This is difficult to afford for those of us with low income. Our refunds should be ours to keep not go to paying for your fees. I am considering finding another source for this process."
