"Jaylene Greer was very mean and disrespectful. I will never go to this place ever again.And no one should very rude. First off I came to the place on monday and the nice lady at the front desk told Someone would get ahold of me by the end of the week. Or next monday. That did not happen So I called them wondering how long it would take to get ahold of someone so they could do. My the lady who answered the phone was a different lady and she said that they don't call. So I got conflicting messages and then finally I had to make an appointment which I didn't know about to talk to someone who was doing my taxes. The the lady who was doing my taxes Lacey. Was very nice she holded me. An approximate refund be fun of $2400. Which I thought was way we should get. So I had questions a couple days later. I called to ask to talk to Lacey to see if she had added the child tax credit or the earned income credit. I had questions so I called, but Lacey was sick and the lady on the phone explained. No one else could get into her file by this time. I was frustrated at the Lack of efficiency for I was in dire. Need of money? We had to close a couple of our retirement accounts just to get along week by week so we needed the refund A. S.A. P. So I explained to the lady without yelaine that it was a dire situation and I asked if somebody else could talk to me. Otherwise I told her nicely. We would take our stuff. And go somewhere else. I could get it done so she put me onhold and said hold on a minute. Let me see if I can get someone else. You came back on the line and said they're busy at the moment but I can have someone call you. I said okay. Thank you, then the lady who called back. Was Jaylene, who said? What is your problem attacking me right away from the get? Go saying, you should be grateful. You're even getting a refand what are you doing? Threatening? Us saying you're gonna leave. Never been more disrespected in my life. I was crying and I'm going to get my tax info. Accept foe and go somewhere else. Don't ever go here. My parents recommended this place and I'm sad they did, and I'm gonna tell them to not go there either."

"Needed a professional to review a unique problem with my taxes, and the staff went out of their way to help me! This happened about a week before deferred taxes were due, so I had called every local tax expert I could find in the Boise area. Every single one I spoke to said they wouldn't have time to answer my questions anytime soon, except for Veritas. Despite the busy timing, Cathi quickly set up time for me to work with Jalene who was able to solve my problem and answer all my questions that same day! They were even able to handle everything remotely to accommodate me being out of state at the time. Luckily the problem ended up being simple, so they didn't even charge me for their time and effort. I *highly* recommend working with Veritas. They are clearly people that care about the work and their clients. Even If you're just second guessing something on your taxes, do not hesitate to call them!"

"I don’t recommend this place at all! Very upset and disappointed in the service I received. I went to Ada Tax professional and met with Kara and am not happy with her attitude at all. Not only did she not do our taxes right and had us owing more then 2000 dollars more then we were suppose to, she has a very nasty attitude. She wanted me to pay 150 dollar deposit and I said no, not until I do my research and find out what the correct amount is. She continued to argue with me and while I was trying to explain to her why I didn’t feel comfortable paying for something that was not only wrong but not complete she threw my papers at me and said have a nice day. Very rude, disrespectful and NOT PROFESSIONAL! I went to leave and instead ended up going back to speak to the manager. The manager was helpful and let me use another tax professional. I was going to give them another shot. The next day I went back and spoke to someone else. That was a bad idea. She made me feel like I was wrong and kept defending her co-worker. Which I had a feeling would happen. I was hoping this business would not support their employee treating a customer like that but I guess that’s ok for them. I will not ever go back and will never recommend them."
