"They re-screened three bedroom window screens for me. I dropped them off on Monday morning and they accommodated my request for a one day turn. Picked them up Tuesday morning. They did a great job. Very friendly service and phone support."

"I had three windows that needed replaced. When I called for an appointment they were able to come within a couple days of my call. We needed to replace the glass in our windows and not the frames. They were able to do that for us. When the technicians came to our home to give us a quote they were very professional and personable. They didn’t try to sell us more than was needed like other Companies. During the installation they were respectful of our property and everything was cleaned up. I will definitely refer them to friends And will use them in the future."

"First had field rep come out on 5/14/21 to measure for 4 re-screens, and 3 new screen builds. Was told all should be ready in 1-1.5 weeks. After calling multiple times, was finally able to pick up my re-screens on 7/6/21 which had black mesh. I was told due to supplier issues, it should take another 2 weeks to complete the new screens. At the 2 month mark I had had enough, 7/16/21, and was told they would be ready by noon that day. My husband went there AFTER noon, and they still weren't done. He stood there and waited for them. These new screens had grey mesh. Then after all that, they shorted us 1 new screen. I do not recommend you waste your time with this company. 7/22 UPDATE- The company manager personally reached out to me by phone & wanted to give me a full refund. He was super apologetic and assured that changes to management & staff were under way. I declined his full refund, but requested the missing screen be made and the grey fabric be switched to black. He had no qualms with this, and 2 days later the technicians were at my door, also apologizing. They were completed and installed that day The next day in the mail, I received a letter from the owner/president, and, a fully refunded check. Screens Now went above and beyond responding to my complaint, and with action such as I witnessed, I am assured that their customers in the future will not experience the same obstacles."
